The staff from cleaners to doctors are always kind and respective of your needs.The only constructive thing that I would suggest would be that when a day case you are left to ask for a hot drink and not offered. I have been there as a day case and didn't realise this and was there for over 7 hours, luckily I had brought my own cold drink and then I asked for a tea [ which was got immediately]

had my surgery on Saturday 18th December and can honestly say all the staff involved were absolutely outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble from the moment I arrived at 7am to discharge at 2pm. Thankyou so much for making my surgical procedure an excellent experience. Am recovering well at home
