I’ve had two private outpatient appointments now, and both have been excellent experiences. Both visits I met with friendly staff and found the waiting area and other rooms very clean, comfortable and just that much nicer than an NHS hospital. Both consultants listened, gave me advice and took their time to explain fully my conditions. They provided reports back to my GP, too. Recommended.

Arrived at hospital by vehicle. The hospital is located just of the A14 and easily found. Ample car parking was available on site and free of charge. Reception is located via the front door and is wheel chair accessible. Staff friendly and efficient. After booking in there is a large waiting area with lots of seating. Free complimentary tea or coffee is available. A disabled toilet is available, Again it is wheelchair accessible with emergency call assistance. The toilet area was neat clean and well stocked. The consultation room was neat clean and tidy with good both natural and electrical lighting. The entire hospital appears well run. Modern neat tidy and clean. I am totally impressed with it.
